Responsibilities:
- The Wellness and Benefits Manager will be responsible for the management of all benefits and wellness programs for employees, retirees, and their families.
- The manager will partner with Human Resources (HR) teams and Appointing Authorities to ensure healthcare management and enhancement initiatives are aligned with the strategic direction of the organization.
