Job Description
Duferenergia is partnering with a local family wealth and non-profit organization to identify an experienced Administrative/Personal Assistant to support the CEO for a direct hire opportunity. This position is located in Houston, TX.

The administrative personal assistant will report to the Family Office Coordinator to assist a busy, philanthropic executive and family

Main Job Responsibilities:

Service provider management (scheduling of appointments, physical presence in household while work performed for questions/issues/direction, renewal of service contracts) - minimum of 30 vendors on annual basis, 4 weekly, 1 monthly. Arrange for purchase of necessary equipment and supplies
Assist the Nanny/Household Manager as needed with primary assignments of that position -- light housekeeping, physical household organization, purchases, donations, ordering food and supplies and covering bus stop pick up, carpooling, homework needs, registration for children's activities and pet care, etc.
Shopping and Returns - Family/Household/Gifts
Assistance with calendaring of events and children’s schedules
Assistance with travel arrangements and research; including family vacations, children’s camps and couple’s events
Purchase concert tickets, registration and purchase of other social activities for entire family
Assistance with management of personal email and other correspondence - addressing critical and time sensitive issues - particularly related to children
Manage household mail - ensuring social RSVPs provided, time sensitive info handled accordingly and provide to the office/team as appropriate
Event/Party setup/clean-up
Assistance with documented communication of family schedule
Ensure memorials are made as requested
Restaurant or food delivery
Troubleshoot technical issues for household (internet, cable, alarm)
Maintain and control distribution of petty cash- reconciliation, verification and substantiation with receipts for all transactions
Contact/address list management
