Our Operations Department is searching for a talented, self-motivated Leader with uncompromising integrity and ethical behavior, who can manage deadlines effectively, and will bring a positive “can do” attitude to our team.
The New Business Director will be responsible for efficiently managing the processing of financial product applications. This position requires the ability to manage and distribute pending business tasks, primarily annuities, to be completed. The position will require collaborating with directors of operations and technology and reporting to the C-Suite.
Review and Audit team performance.
Obtain necessary agreements needed to process financial product applications
Gather and scrub data for process improvement
Oversee communications with financial advisors
Oversee contracting of financial advisors
Collaborating with technology department in developing mass communications to financial advisors including new promotions and commission rate changes
Facilitating proper relationships with insurance carriers and their representatives
Coach new and current New Business Associates
Monitor and track compensation of financial products
7 years in financial carrier and contract processing
3-5 years managing New Business operations
7 years tracking the processing of financial product applications
