We are seeking talented and experienced Hair Stylists to join our team at Pure Elevations Canna-Spa and Salon. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of hair services to our diverse clientele. We are specifically looking for individuals who specialize in fashion colors and have expertise in African-American hair, as well as a passion for all hair types and styles. Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional hair services including haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatments
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products
- Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and make recommendations
- Specialize in fashion colors, creating unique and personalized looks
- Expertise in working with African-American hair, understanding its unique needs and styles
- Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the salon area
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience
- Educate clients on hair care and maintenance tips, as well as cannabis-infused hair products
Requirements:
- Valid cosmetology license
- In-depth knowledge of haircare products, techniques, and trends
- Creative and artistic skills in hair styling and coloring
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple appointments
- Flexibility to adapt to the unique needs and preferences of each client
