AIR is currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our Corporate Business Systems team. This position is an integral part of the Corporate Business Systems Team. Candidates hired for the position may work remotely within the United States (U.S.) or from one of our U.S. office locations.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine system administration tasks & maintaining system efficiency. Maintain and troubleshoot a wide variety of systems listed below:

Deltek Costpoint T&E Timesheets
-
Deltek Costpoint Accounting
-
Hyland Onbase Document Management
-
Troubleshoot problems and issues identified by customers and implement corrective actions quickly.

Provide technical escalation expertise for database system problems.
- Build positive and strong client relationships by addressing client needs in a manner that safeguards our business, with minimal complexity, risks, and costs.
- Build rapport within the organization and across other teams.
- Problem resolution, systems development, and day-to-day activities.
- Hands-On attitude required. Must be able to both understand and implement the administration of technical processes that are directly tied to key business processes. This is a learning position rather than a “hit the ground running” position; the expectation is that the right candidate can learn these systems and processes and eventually take the lead.

Qualifications:
Education, Knowledge, and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in technical or business or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience with managing applications, systems and performing business analysis.
- Working knowledge of accounting/finance operations.

Preferred but not required:
-
Familiarity with Deltek Costpoint & Deltek T&E.

Knowledge management and document management knowledge.

Disclosures:
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis. Employment-based visa sponsorship (including H-1B sponsorship) is not available for this position. Depending on project work, qualified candidates may need to meet certain residency requirements.

AIR’s Total Rewards Program, is designed to reward our staff competitively and motivate them to achieve our critical mission. This position offers an anticipated annual salary of $110,000 - $140,000. Salary offers are made based on internal equity within the institution and external equity with competitive markets. Please note this is the annual salary range for candidates that are based in the United States.
