Veritude is hiring a Operations Specialist for Fidelity Investments in Boston MA.
The Agency Operations Specialist is a key member of Fidelity Communications and Advertising’s (FCA’s) Marketing Operations team. The specialist provides centralized data input, reconciliation processing and recordkeeping of the workflow and financial management tools and solutions FCA staff use to manage the work they do on behalf of the Fidelity enterprise.
Time keeping maintenance for FCA employees and independent contractors
Report preparation and distribution
Reconciliation of contractor vendor payroll timecards and vendor invoices
Works with team to identify and implement improvements/efficiencies
Using FCA's project management and financial dashboards and reporting solutions assist team with ongoing reporting requests.
Support onboarding activities
Assist with tracking
Monitors project maintenance and timekeeping compliance across associate population
Uses relationships, reporting, and other methods to improve and maintain high level of compliance.
Trains new users on project management and financial tools
Works with users to troubleshoots issues, tracks and resolves user errors. Initiates and follows-thru on tickets and partners with technology partners to implement fixes and user enhancements. Participates in planning around tools’ road map.
Candidate expected to be an active participant in idea generation. Candidate will be actively learning on the job. Responsible for researching, analyzing and resolving data discrepancies both independently and with manager, when appropriate.
Working Relationships (all daily contact) include:
Director of Marketing Operations – providing context, overall guidance oversight, ad-hoc reporting requests
Sr. Operations Analysts – work assignments - timekeeping maintenance, associate onboarding accesses and training
Sr. Systems Analyst – coordinates issue/resolution activities for Oracle Project Accounting and Workfront tools

4 Years College or equivalent business experience
Fluent with Excel and other MS Office tools
Experience with Workfront, Oracle and Sharepoint knowledge a plus
Proven experience picking up new systems
