We are seeking a detail-oriented Closing Coordinator to join our team. This role will play a critical part in the final stages of the home-buying journey, ensuring a smooth and seamless process from contract to closing for our valued clients.
Position Summary:
As the Closing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the administrative and communication tasks associated with closing new construction homes. This includes coordinating with lenders, title companies, and buyers, preparing necessary documentation, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the closing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the closing process for new construction homes, ensuring all required documentation and approvals are complete and accurate.
- Communicate with buyers, lenders, title companies, and internal teams to coordinate and confirm closing details.
- Prepare, review, and manage closing documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company and legal standards.
- Monitor progress of each sale, providing regular updates to buyers and internal stakeholders.
- Resolve any closing-related issues promptly and efficiently to keep the closing process on schedule.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, contracts, and documents related to closings and file appropriately.
- Support clients through each step, addressing any questions and ensuring a smooth, stress-free experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in real estate, title, mortgage, or construction industry preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM or closing software is a plus.
- Knowledge of real estate transaction processes and legal documentation.
