The Paid Search Director provides vision and thought leadership on behalf Terakeet’s owned web properties to create, implement, track, optimize and report on paid search campaigns. The Paid Search Director reports directly to the Director of Terakeet Labs.

Works with Director of Terakeet Labs to develop and oversee a paid search strategy across our portfolio of owned sites that drive the highest value ROI.
Plans, manages and executes paid search campaigns, including but not limited to, development and implementation of strategies, campaign structure, budget management, daily bidding, etc.
Manages project plans, launch plans, scope of work, and delivery timelines to ensure optimal return on our investment.
Creates, monitors, analyzes and delivers monthly reports to our internal stakeholders with actionable insights.
Collaborates with internal teams to generate compelling and measurable campaigns for our labs properties.
Tests growth within in new paid channels and obsessively monitors owned properties performance with a focus on constant improvement.
Develops a deep understanding of the business vertical and digital space in which the owned property operates.

Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills
5+ years of experience managing paid digital media campaigns across multiple channels.
Experience in the personal finance credit card space.
Facebook Ads, Bing Ads and Google Ads Certification.
Advanced MS Excel skills; pivot tables, vlookups, etc.
Strong technical ability with proven experience managing search campaigns and keyword-related analytics to drive insights.
Confidence with analyzing large data sets and making recommendations and developing and executing strategies from findings to all levels of management.
Track record of critical thinking and application of problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal, written, and digital communication skills.
