The Marketing Coordinator implements the philosophy , policy, procedures, systems and strategic goals set forth by the senior management team while maximizing referral potentials from assigned accounts, and developing new business to achieve the goals and objectives of facility business development and strategic planning. The Community Relations Coordinator market hospital services to physicians, mental health professionals, EAP’s and other professionals thereby strengthening facility relationships with these resources.
Job Requirements
Must have a Bachelor’s degree. A degree in communications, marketing or a mental health related field is preferred. A Master’s Degree or licensure such as LCSW, LMFT are preferred. A strong knowledge of psychiatric services and chemical dependency, excellent verbal and written communication and organization skills are required. Familiarity and connections with local market sources, to include geriatric community services is preferred. Demonstrate above average problem solving skills and use excellent judgement and discretion.
This position will serve as a Community Liaison for our Senior-Adult population.
