We are a high-volume, family owned Toyota dealership currently retailing 300+ new and used vehicles a month and we are looking to add an Internet Salesperson to our team. Instead of climbing over other salespeople taking floor traffic you will be responding to leads, following up, and scheduling appointments. Unlike other dealerships we do not turn our Internet customers over to other salespeople. Our Internet Sales team will work with the customer from beginning to end. Because of this your compensation is much higher than what you will receive at other dealerships. $50,000 to $80,000 a year is a very realistic income estimate. Our top performer makes over $100,000 a year. In addition to excellent pay and a strong bonus program, we offer a 5-day work week, group health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, paid vacations, and a great working environment. Auto sales experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right individual. We are only looking for people interested in long-term employment. We offer two weeks of paid training but this is a 100% commission job.
