This role is a blend of Customer Service, Sales, Training, and Project Coordinator.
Customer Service - We are a customer-centric organization. You must embrace or department motto "Serve everyone consistently with mindful action and enthusiasm!"
Sales - Make sure the customer is getting more value than they pay for and seek opportunities to introduce them to everything we offer.
Training - You will be called upon to deliver platform training to the customers as their needs evolve.
Project Coordination - As we add new customers (a daily occurrence) and our customers add our platform to new locations, you will work with various departments to make sure implementations stay on track.
You will always have something to do and no shortage of opportunities to learn new skills.
Speaking of skills, in our Dallas office we all get to learn via the 4-weeks of Customer Support Training. After training, you will take calls, answer emails, provide support via chat and more.
If you haven't managed accounts, this is not the role for you. We need people who can learn our platform via in-house training and hit the ground ready to take care of our customers.
