Work you’ll do:
The Production Service Manager reports to the Threat Intelligence Service Lead. As a Production Manager, you will oversee report production, coordinate with intelligence consumers, and manage the day to day activities of a geographically diverse team. The right candidate is a motivated individual with excellent managerial skills to organize and motivate an international team of analysts to research broad and targeted campaigns, analyze malware and provide meaningful recommendations, and oversee all intelligence analysis activities while enforcing high standards of production quality. Additionally, the Production Manager will regularly interface with clients to ensure their intelligence needs are met. Responsibilities include:
Oversee and assess the quality of intelligence products, provide quality control for all products
Develop and manage intelligence production pipeline, taking in account consumer requirements, changes in the threat landscape, and availability of resources
Coordinate with Collection Manager to ensure the right data is available to satisfy consumer requirements
Determine relevancy of intelligence products and ensure consumer receive intelligence that is actionable, timely, and accurate
Coordinate with consumers to establish and periodically assess intelligence requirements
Collect feedback from consumers and stakeholders and implement feedback to improve products and ensure alignment with their requirements
Oversee production metrics, seize all opportunities to improve quality and efficiency
Oversee day to day management of an international analyst team, which includes coordination among analysts and assessing geographical threats
Organize and provide training and staff professional development to maintain expertise
Coordinate with other teams in the Fusion Center to ensure recommendations in intelligence products are actionable
This Deloitte Global role requires limited travel.
