The Communications and Content Producer Specialist position provides strategic and tactical communications development, planning and execution in support of cross-Aerospace operational performance transformation initiatives as well as Aero-wide business communications channels and activities. This role is responsible for supporting the planning and deployment of global communications needs in support of critical business initiatives including Supplier and Supply Chain Excellence, Working Capital improvement, and the ISC contribution to Customer Experience Excellence, to name a few. In addition, this role will provide content strategy, development and production along with tactical support through video and online collaboration tools for the Aerospace organization. The position reports to the Senior Director, Aerospace Communications.
Work collaboratively with the Communications Leader supporting operational transformation to identify, develop and implement holistic communications through integrated communications strategies, content development and use of multiple communications channels.
Partner with ISC and other Aero leadership to develop and deliver specific and targeted messaging around key business objectives, targets and goals to reach employees who most significantly impact success around operational performance transformation initiatives.
Develop and deploy extensive strategic, executive, manager, organizational and change/issues management communications.
Develop and produce content for written, video, online, presentation forums and social collaboration channels.
Understanding and utilization of video recording and editing technology to support engaging visual content/material sharing.
Responsible for driving campaigns around these initiatives across the entire Aerospace organization and Corporate as needed.
Coordinate and facilitate events, budget management and vendor relationships and project teams as appropriate.

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelors Degree in Communication / Journalism / Marketing
