We sell, install, and support networked point of sale (POS) computer systems for Bay Area businesses. We specialize in foodservice Restaurant, Bar & Nighclub operations.
We are looking to add a person to our tech support team. The shift would be 2pm- 10pm
Mon-Fri. Candidate will take calls and help clients with their POS and Tech/IT issues.
The job involves significant remote log-in software support as well extensive verbal
communication. The ability to cheerfully, elegantly, and professionally handle clients who
may, at that moment, be in a stressful situation has been the key to long-term our success.
Candidate must have direct experience in call center POS tech support. Prior restaurant operations management experience would be a great advantage. Experience with Aloha,
Maitre'd, or NCC POS systems would be very helpful. Strong networking, internet, Windows,
Routers, Wi-Fi, skills a must.
Job unlikely to involve field work or travel, but flexibility in this area would be helpful.
Flexibility in occasionally covering other shifts ( mornings, or weekends) is essential in our
