BASIC FUNCTION
This position is for a salaried “on call” CDL driver who will be required to drive tractor trailer, truck and gooseneck trailer combos, and winch trucks hauling frac tanks. Loads will be within the assigned region and between operational regions. Occasional overnight travel may be required with company provided lodging and per diem. The driver will travel to oilfield locations, chemical distribution sites and company owned facilities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Deliver chemicals and equipment to various oil field locations and facilities using with a tractor trailer, winch truck, and truck and 40’ gooseneck combo.
- Remain on call and eligible to drive.
- Perform vehicle and trailer inspections and ensure routine maintenance is performed.
- Prepares and utilizes basic hand tools and machines.
- Cleans parts prior to equipment or delivery use as required.
- Participates in continuous improvement maintains productive working relationships with all team members.
- Possesses and maintains thorough knowledge of industry, machinery, and techniques.
- Possesses and maintains thorough knowledge of all applicable safety regulations and considerations.
- Completes all required paperwork; prepares required reports and correspondence.
- Performs clean-up, bed organization, and tool inventory activities.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
- 2-4 years Class A CDL driving experience.
- Additional Commercial Driver’s License Endorsements (HAZMAT, etc.)
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination.
- Ability to read and understand work instructions and assembly drawings.
- Familiarity with various mechanical and electrical measuring equipment.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid Class A Commercial Drivers License with Airbrake and Tanker Endorsements
- Pass a FMCSA drug screen.
- Current medical card
- Minimum of 12 months verifiable experience.
- Basic knowledge of all applicable DOT regulations.
- Ability to follow written driving directions.
- Ability to operate a forklift.
- Ability to understand any and all safety requirements and cautions.
- Willingness to remain “on call” on nights, weekends, etc.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle and trailer inspections as required by law.
- Experience operating a winch truck to move frac tanks.
- Eligible to work in the United States.

- Frequently exposure to extreme heat or cold (non-weather).
- Occasionally exposure to bloodborne and airborne pathogens or infectious materials.
- Frequently loud noise (examples: metal can manufacturing, large earth-moving equipment, oilfield equipment).
- Occasionally very loud noise (example: jack hammer work).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
