What you’ll be doing...
In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing and managing training vendors across the organization, negotiating contracts (with Sourcing), and handling relationships with training vendors who support the Global Network and Technology Team. Along with overseeing the procurement of training vendors, you will assist with strategy execution to ensure that the business is making the most beneficial purchasing decisions. You will also provide analysis to the organization on training vendors, oversee costs, and ensure the terms of contracts are followed by all parties.
Responsibilities associated with the position include:
Sourcing and managing training vendors across the organization, negotiating contracts (with Sourcing) and handling relationships with training vendors.
Exploring new vendor options which will expand our training capabilities and increase our price leverage as needed.
Meeting with preferred vendors to review training credit status, quality of training, strategic planning, measurement, and evaluation.
Providing analysis to the organization on training vendors, overseeing costs, and ensuring the terms of contracts are followed by all parties.
Managing and negotiating preferred vendor discounted pre-purchased training credits and manage our equipment vendor training credits and distribution.
Maintaining the Learning Portal vendor catalog.
Managing the Specialized Learning Request process.

You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of experience.
Four or more years of relevant experience.
Knowledge in vendor management.
Willingness to travel.
Even better if you have:
Experience consulting with HR professionals and their business clients.
Experience consulting with external training vendors.
Capacity to pick up new concepts and technology rapidly.
Ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; including experience building and delivering presentations to all levels of management.
Experience using a Learning Management System or similar tool for data capture, tracking, and analysis.
Time management, planning, organizational, and problem solving skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with different organizations.
Experience working and building relationships with vendors/third-party providers.
Experience in process and requirements documentation.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to overall team success.
Experience in measuring and evaluating learning effectiveness.
Ability to demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, flexibility, and integrity.
Proficient in Microsoft Office/G-Suite.
