Additionally, this Program Manager will directly support all vehicle maintenance and safety projects related to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulated vehicles.

You will be responsible for managing relationships with OEMs and vendors, supporting and resolving NA fleet escalations by partnering with appropriate Program owners, performing analysis for key internal stakeholders, and improving the overall DSP experience.

This leader will have supply chain management experience, business operations acumen, be comfortable interfacing and driving various functional teams, have a passion for developing and implementing processes in an ambiguous problem space, and be willing to roll up their sleeves to build a program that will significantly impact Amazon’s last mile delivery capabilities in NA.

A successful candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful, customer focused, team oriented and will have an ability to work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines. The leader will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
