Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) play a crucial role discovering IT security opportunities in all types of organizations and identifying where Thycotic solutions will simplify their IT security needs.
Prospect into Named Accounts within a geographic region; researching and finding prospects and contacts who need our services.
Take a proactive approach to follow up with existing, warm and hot leads who have expressed interest in our services.
Collaborate across our organization to pull in the right technical experts ensuring we can accurately and compellingly position our products’ strengths and capabilities to win deals.
Manage the full sales cycle and close deals! The goal is to get our awesome products into the hands of IT Admins across your region.
Meet/exceed sales targets.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
3-5 years as an enterprise software sales executive in the region – IT security experience is preferred.
Track record of success in identifying, cultivating and closing $100k+ deals.
Sales engineering, programming and/or technical implementation/support experience is a plus.
Ability to conduct executive level presentations.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate, navigate and motivate internal/external influencers and decision makers in the enterprise that select and implement information security solutions.
Ability to conduct technical presentations.
Knowledge of Information Security and/or Network Architecture desired.
Ability to travel up to 30-40%.
