Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Lead to join our team. The Warehouse Lead will be Overseeing daily operations of the crew of 5. Ensuring quality control and meeting production targets. Training and mentoring team members and collaborating with other departments for smooth workflow.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities
- Train, mentor, and lead warehouse staff
- Ensure inventory is organized and maintained accurately
- Oversee shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution of products
- Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols
- Monitor and optimize warehouse space utilization
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall operations efficiency
Experience
Leadership: Ability to lead a small crew and later manage a larger workforce.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency with press brakes, turret punch, and other fabrication tools.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot production issues.
Communication: Clear and effective communication with all levels of staff.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing production demands and technology.
Reporting: The ability to interpret technical drawings and document daily output
Work History Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication and / or manufacturing.
- Prior experience in a lead or supervisory role.
- History of successful project management and team leadership.
- Evidence of continuous learning and skill advancement.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
