CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)
The CSR’s duties include but are not limited to: *Accepting payments and renewing loans. *Assisting customers in filling out credit applications. *Processing applications by checking credit, employers, and personal references. *Notifying customers of acceptance or rejection of application. *Calling delinquent accounts. *Signing checks and ensuring they are accurate. *Performing other duties as assigned. *Maintaining regular attendance is an essential function of the position.
