Onward Search's client, a Broadcast Network, is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join the team. The right candidate will have a range of experience and be responsible for the following skills.

You will report to the VP Sales and Distribution.

Skills:
Oversee tracking missing titles intranet system.
Pull masters, dubs, and subtitles for the movie (classics, DTV, DWA, and FIP) and TV content.
Send digital files via an FTP site.
Order and track masters, dubs, and subtitles for movies (new releases, classics, DTV, DWA, and FIP) and TV content.
Request materials with various offices and send files to vendors.
Answer client emails about order status.
Create TV dub language reports and upload to BOX.
Update availability grids for clients to reference and upload to the website.
Reconfirm POs were printed.
Order in-house trailers for client meetings.
Train new temps on PO Entry.
Assist with administrative tasks as assigned.
Filing.

Requirements:
1-3 years experience in traffic or project management.
Bachelor’s Degree.
Strong communicator presenting verbally and in written form.
Ability to work in Microsoft Office, online FTP and asset management sites.
Strong multi-tasker and attention to detail.
