Burns White seeks an Attorney to lead the Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights practice group in its Pittsburgh office. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience representing corporate debtors, financial institutions and other secured and unsecured creditors. Experience in both the creditor and debtor sides is a plus as well as prior experience handling corporate and real estate matters. Candidates must be licensed to practice in Pennsylvania. Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong leadership and organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task are prerequisites. Candidates must be self-starters with the ability to work individually and in teams.
Burns White completes criminal background screenings and requires proof of COVID-19 vaccination (must be fully vaccinated) for all new hires as a condition of employment.
