To provide administrative support in the Artist Relations & Programming department for Opry Entertainment Group. Assist with artist research and Opry special events as needed.
Research artists & compile useful information for artists performing on upcoming Opry shows
Develop various deliverables (prep sheets, bio cards, etc.) used to distribute this useful information to different groups
Ensure the timely delivery of artist gifts, cards, etc.
Gain understanding of and update various reports, spreadsheets useful to the department
Provide various administrative duties that includes assistance with general clerical, payroll processing and other duties as assigned
Assistance with special events as needed
Currently enrolled and working toward a degree at a college/university
Ability to work a minimum of 25 hours per week
High-level experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word; Google docs
Must have a passion for Country music
Exemplifies a winning attitude and strong verbal, written, social & and interpersonal skills
Capable of concise communication and time management skills.
