Greet clients and guests in a professional manner
Receive and direct all incoming calls from the business line
Maintain an environment of care related to a professional setting
Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
Maintain complete confidentiality of all visitors
Provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.
Previous experience in front desk reception and security management preferred
Good verbal and written communication skills
Excellent telephone skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs
Ability to multi-task
Participate in coverage of 24-hour hotline during office hours as needed.
Associate’s Degree preferred or High School Diploma, GED equivalent.
Act 33/34 clearances must be obtained during trial employment period.
Successful completion, during trial employment period, of PA domestic violence and sexual assault crisis intervention training
