Summary: Pathfinder Hospitality seeks a versatile and highly organized individual who can aid in the administrative duties of "Manager". This individual will be key in keeping Manager organized and will bring creative and innovative ideas to spur efficiency and task management. In this position, you will need to be able to break down the objectives in any given day and build them back in color-coded time scheduled blocks with labels for categorization. Your intuition will be key to anticipating the needs of Manager and providing solutions for said needs. You will be vigilant of monthly, weekly, daily events in order to provide reliable support, reminders, and communication. You enjoy having answers before the questions are asked and won't miss a beat when making sure deadlines are met.
Responsibilities:

Making phone calls and managing correspondence on behalf of Manager

Maintain a continuously proactive mindset for both personal and business related items (including, but not limited to, calendar appointments, travel, vacation, personal errands, etc.)

Scheduling appointments for both business and personal events

Making travel arrangements and sending reminders

Accountability partner to keep on top of commitments made to others
- Exhibit excellent organizational skills

Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail and mail

Communicates effectively for Manager to maintain and build relationships

Constructing and formatting documents such as reports or presentations

Contribute and take part in our company culture

Assist with the following tasks
- Schedule dog sitting and dog walks

Placing grocery orders and assisting with food prep

Assist in making time for Manager's friends & family

Assist with finances on a personal level
