As an Ambassador, you will create an inviting atmosphere for our guests by demonstrating

excellent customer service skills. It is essential to be well versed in CID Entertainment’s procedures in order to assist in executing a flawless event.

Join the CID Entertainment team and work with like minded people striving to Enhance the Experience. The role of Ambassador is professional and fun in a highly collaborative atmosphere. As an Ambassador, you may be asked to fill the following positions:

Event manager

Hotel liaison
Hotel check-in
VIP check-in
Shuttle stop manager
Shuttle coordinator
Concierge staff
Golf cart driver

Successful Ambassadors would have the following skills:

Exceptional follow-through and attention to detail
Articulate, highly organized, and able to anticipate needs of our guests
Flexible schedule with ability to work long hours, evenings and weekends
Friendly, upbeat personality
Able to work under pressure & multitask
Skilled problem solver
Team player

Ability to communicate with our guests in a professional and understanding manner in order to maximize customer satisfaction
