The Privilege Cloud Intern will assist in delivery, support and ongoing success of the CyberArk Privilege Cloud customers. Privilege Cloud is CyberArk's new “as a service” privileged access security solution. CyberArk is positioning CyberArk Privilege Cloud as a strategic offering that provides customers of all sizes with a cloud-native, SaaS solution to protect privileged access in their organization.
The Privilege Cloud Intern will assist the engineers and consultants in their day to day, accompanying the customer throughout all stages of the deployment life cycle. This includes planning, deploying, consulting, expanding and securing the customer's environment using the solution, while also being proactive and ensuring the success of the customer and future renewals with CyberArk's Privilege Cloud.
Assist Privilege Cloud customers with Service Requests and technical issues
Perform backend work in the SaaS environment, ensuring the redundancy and functionality of CyberArk's SaaS customers
Proactively engage with customers in order to ensure their success, directly contributing to renewals and customer expansion with CyberArk
Assist in deploying and configuring with the customer the On-Premises Components, and integrate the Service with the customer's environment
Assist in providing the customers support while the PAM program is being executed by the customers and consultants.
Processing and analyzing customer and product usage data in a SaaS environment for the benefit of both customers and CyberArk
Interns will have the opportunity to participate in services engagements, technical support sessions, and training whenever possible. Each intern will be assigned a mentor from CyberArk’s Privilege Cloud Team to provide feedback and context for the activities performed as part of the internship duties.
University/College student with 1 semester remaining until Graduation.
Major studies focused in Computer Science, Information System Security, etc.
Capable of understanding the technical aspects of a complex system.
Strong technical troubleshooting skills and problem solving. Demonstrates the ability to think through situations outside the norm and develop appropriate solutions for isolating the root cause.
Must have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing world-class service.
Experience of directly supporting enterprise-level customers is a plus.
Ability and desire to learn products and technologies.
Must be able to work independently as well as with others, as part of a domestic and international team.
Excellent time management, decision making, prioritization and organization skills.
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating system and server platforms with emphasis on Windows 2008/2012/2016 Server is preferred.
Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
Security+ certification is a plus.
