Delivery is a blend of f2f and online elements with work experience also part of the program, either within our Realistic Work Environments in our fantastically resourced Colleges or on a local community Work Placement. We have state of the art, MAC labs in our Colleges to support the learning journey of our students throughout their qualification.

Lecturer Assessors who are inspirational, innovative and passionate about imparting knowledge and sharing a learning journey with others, will find a like minded family in The Oxford Partnership. The experience and ability to engage and inspire learning and promote student progression and achievement using dynamic and innovative teaching practices is a critical part of all student centric roles at TOP.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Assessment Qualification (TAQA/A1/D32/D33). Internal Verification Qualification desirable
Minimum NVQ/QCF Level 4/5 or equivalent in a relevant delivery topic – Graphic Design related
BA degree in related area viewed favourably
At least 3 years industry experience in your area of delivery
Native English Speaking or IELTS 6.5 (completed within the last year)
Experience delivering Vocational Qualifications in a Classroom environment is essential
Experience in Portfolio Building
Excellent Communication & Organisation Skills required
CELTA, DELTA, TESOL or equivalent Teaching Qualification, desirable not essential
