Client Engagement Manager at Spectralink:
At Spectralink we are committed to creating lasting relationships with our customers and ensuring their success with our portfolio of mobile devices, service offerings, and partner solutions. We know our job isn’t done when the ink dries on the sales contract…that’s when the real work begins. In a competitive marketplace, relationships and personal commitment are what separate a product from a solution. That’s where you come in.

As our customer portfolio increases we are looking to add a talented Client Engagement Manager (CEM) to join the team. As a CEM at Spectralink you will responsible for post-sales support and account growth for our largest customers. You will manage their existing implementations and looking for ways to add services and products to increase stickiness within those assigned accounts.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
Selling to, and working with, all levels of an IT organization along with executive level decision makers (C-suite).
Lead and participate on client sales calls, being the subject matter expert on Spectralink’s service solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key partner representatives to ensure Spectralink is top of mind when selling into prospective customers.
Ensure that product implementations exceed client expectations through constant communication, prompt issue resolution, and detailed project planning and execution.
Collaborate and coordinate with Sales Managers, Solutions Architects, services' team, and management to maximize financial results and increase product and licensing attachment.
Manage the business and sales relationships with your clients. Be proactive, not reactive, when it comes to resolving issue and offering value added services.
Provide complete, accurate, ongoing communication with the internal team when it comes to supporting your customer's needs.

Qualifications we'd like you to have:
5+ years in an Engagement Manager, Post Sales Engineer, or Account Management position with revenue responsibility selling enterprise solutions.
Experience working with all levels of a corporate IT organization and the C-suite.
Strong communicator. You know how to adjust your message and style based on your audience. You feel comfortable communicating on the phone, through email, and in-person.
Influencing. You know how to get results, and for people to work towards your goals.
Relationship Management. You're organized and action oriented. You don't wait for a customer to raise an issue to you, you're two steps ahead anticipating and resolving problems quickly.
Self-motivated and Quota driven
Location: Southeast US, working from your home office
