About the Position:
The Entry Level Construction Project Manager position is an entry level position, from which we promote individuals who succeed and show initiative. We are looking for the natural born leaders, those who strive for growth and opportunity with the eagerness to learn. This individual will be provided with the training, leadership, and guidance to grow into a project manager position.
Our salary begins at $65,000 a year with a large ceiling for growth. In addition, you will be given a gas card and cell phone.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining a rapport with external customers, subcontractors, and building officials.
- Effectively manage materials including moving, sorting, and re-ordering.
- Communicating with project managers, suppliers, and the office team.
- Efficiently following up on task-oriented items
Notes About This Position: Since this position is in construction, which can be an unpredictable field, the hours will vary from week to week. The hours will depend on the workload and the weather and will more than likely consist of early mornings and spending the day in the Florida heat.

- Demonstrated ability to produce clear and effective written communication to diverse audiences
