The General Manager has overall responsibility for the hotel related to the guest experience, the associate experience and the financial results of the property. This position is ultimately responsible for revenue maximization as well as effective staffing and cost controls. The General Manager is also responsible for maintaining brand standards and excellent guest and associate satisfaction scores and is responsible to manage the hotel in compliance with all local, state and federal laws at all times.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of successful General Manager experience coupled with oustanding knowledge of the hotel and hospitality industry.
