To support our efforts in ensuring a safe and secure environment for our client by providing concierge level, armed executive protection. This is a highly visible customer-facing role that entails regular interaction with the client. Position requires complying with all concealed carry and private security regulations in the State of Florida.

Provide “white glove” executive protection services for the client and family members.

Assess threats and make recommendations for improving security procedures and the security of the client’s environment.

Identify and report, verbally and in writing, any anomalies and/or suspicious activities in the vicinity of the client site and along travel routes that could potentially constitute a threat.

Conduct counter surveillance activities in the vicinity of the client site and along travel routes.

Provide vehicular escort services to the client and family members.

Act as an on-duty liaison to local law enforcement and emergency medical and fire officials as needed.

Conduct routine advances.

Accompany client on out-of-area travel if needed.

Comply with all security regulations.

Serve as a backup for Residential Security Agents which includes the following:
- Provide access control for vehicle and pedestrian traffic to the client site and enforce visitor regulations.

Inspect and controlling access of materials into property/grounds.

Conduct security checks of assigned structures, areas, and property grounds.

Patrol the property as scheduled/required.

Maintain activity logs and compose activity reports as required.

Document and/or investigate security incidents.

Comply with all security rules and regulations to include those involving firearms. handling, safety, maintenance, accountability and deployment.

Maintain/standardized requirements for each shift's procedures and client movements.

High School Diploma or GED
-
At least 10 years practical security experience (military, law enforcement, intelligence, private security)

EMT experience may be substituted for 1 year of security experience

At least 5 years of close protection or executive protection experience, preferably for a private family. Up to 2 years may be substituted with EMT certification depending on level of experience; military preferred

Valid Driver’s License

Have the legal right to work in the United States

Fluent in English

Ability to pass a background check, physical endurance and agility test, psychological exam, and other assessments as required

Advanced knowledge of physical security, information security, access control systems, and security-related technology including, but not limited to, cameras, recording devices, motion detection systems, etc.

Proven ability to apply sound judgment and use discretion when dealing with sensitive information

Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication (both written and oral) skills

Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel

Ability to meet the established physical demands required to successfully perform the essential functions of this job

Military or law enforcement experience.

Prior Executive Protection, Critical Infrastructure Security, or PSD experience.

Prior training in small unit tactics, emergency medicine, defensive tactics, and arresting techniques.
