5pm-9pm Monday-Friday & 9am-2pm on Saturdays ($12/hr to start. 20-25 hours a week.)

  • Greet/host/provide support for guests, visitors and employees
  • Answer all in-coming calls
  • Answer all telephone calls and direct the caller to the appropriate associate.
  • Schedule appointments
  • Update and distribute phone lists
  • Respond and follow through to request for information and communicate with all levels of management with minimal supervision
  • Maintain all conference rooms and showrooms for cleanliness / reserve conference rooms, including ordering and/or setup
  • Order, maintain and organize all kitchen and office supplies
  • Any and all other duties and tasks assigned
