Sprout Behavioral Services, Inc. is hiring an RBT for our Wellington center, and surrounding areas.
Founded in 2016 by two BCBAs, we are a small ABA therapy company dedicated to training quality analysts to make a difference in the lives of the people we serve. We are local to South Florida, and we care about our community! We are committed to providing high quality supervision and mentorship toward board certification.
We are seeking someone who is outgoing, flexible, ambitious, and dedicated to learning.

Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, education, or related field
- Experience working with children with autism and other disabilities
- Applied behavior analysis experience (Minimum 6 months)
- Outgoing and high energy with great people skills
- Desire to advance and grow in the field of behavior analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Reliable transportation
- Computer and technology skills
- Medicaid ID a plus
- Must speak fluent engligh, bilingual is a plus
The current opening is for daytime and afternoon hours. This is an hourly position, but full-time hours (30-40) may be available.
Behavior technicians will be responsible for:
- Implementing behavior acquisition programs created by a BCBA
- Implementing behavior reduction protocol
- Ongoing data collection
- Communicating with parents, teachers, and colleagues
- Working in clinic and home settings
