The Role
Want to work with smart, ambitious professionals who can grow your career? The Closing Coordinator role is your chance.
You’ll be the go-to person during the closing process — ensuring nothing slips through the cracks, keeping everything on track, and everyone in the loop until the deal is done. If you’re quick on your feet, love solving problems, and enjoy helping others, this role is perfect for you.
What You’ll Do
Your day-to-day looks like:
- Title Commitments: Review and clear issues
- Closing Docs: Draft, review, and get all the paperwork ready to close
- Coordinate Closings: Schedule and coordinate (in-person, online, mobile)
- Keep Everyone in the Loop: Buyers, sellers, lenders, agents — always updated
- Solve Last-Minute Problems: When hiccups happen (and they will), fix them and close
What You Need
- Experience: 2+ years in real estate title, escrow, or something similar
- Education: High school diploma (bonus points for advanced training)
- Driver's License: Valid driver’s license, plus automobile and insurance
What You Bring
- Detail-Oriented: You’re the one who spots the missing comma, the wrong date, and the typo buried in a 50-page contract. Mistakes don’t stand a chance against you
- Customer Service Pro: You love people, and it shows. Think Chick-fil-A service level but in real estate
- People Like You: You’re a good listener who avoids industry jargon and shoots straight. You can explain complicated processes to a first-time buyer like it’s their ABCs
- Organized: Calendars, checklists, to-do lists — you’re all about it. You have a knack for knowing what needs to be done (before it’s even on the radar)
- Problem Solver: You’re quick, creative, and always finding a way forward. When things go sideways, you get them back on track
- Thrive Under Pressure: Managing lots of files, tight deadlines, and last-minute changes is all in a day’s work for you — no sweat
What You Get
- Salary:$20 - $25 / hour
- Health Insurance:Health, dental, and vision plans
- Work-Life Balance: Work from home, with some local travel to closings
- Vacation/PTO: 2 weeks
Why You’ll Love It
- Growth Opportunities: We’re growing fast, and you’re getting in early. We’ve got big plans, and there’s still a seat for you.
- No Fluff: We’re all about transparency and getting things done. No egos, just an ambitious team chasing a big opportunity.
- Fast-Paced: There’s never a dull moment here. If you like being in the thick of it, this is your jam.
