Revit Architectural Project Manager
We are seeking several full-time Architectural Project Managers who will work in a production capacity and more. A qualified candidate will be expected to assist in creating Schematic Design and Design Development Documents, as well as managing the preparation of Construction Documents for submission to respective authorities having jurisdiction, General Contractors, Subcontractors, and other stakeholders for review. Candidates with applicable experience may also be eligible to become Senior Project Managers.
Pay is commensurate with qualifications, prior experience, and performance.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work with an existing team to coordinate drawings and provide quality design work to varied product specifications, provided by various brand standards and prototypes
- Assist with a new deployment of AutoDesk cloud services company-wide
- Assist with changes and additions to Revit models as needed
- Work with various vendors in determining the correct product to be used on a project
- Document, organize, and maintain project information
- Manage multiple, dynamic project progress schedules and adapt to changes promptly
- Ensure project scope is being met in line with the estimated price
- Proactively communicate product or schedule concerns with other departments
Skills and Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of Professional Practice utilizing Revit
- Team oriented
- BIM Management and A360 Management
- Ability to communicate professionally via phone and email with internal and external clients
- General knowledge of construction and building technologies
- Proficient in 3-D modeling and Revit
- Lumion Experience is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask while meeting deadlines is a must
- Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
