Re-Bath of Northeast WI is looking to add to our installation team. We are looking to hire an Installer assistant. This position supports the Lead Installer for the day to day functions for a tub or shower update and a complete bathroom remodel. Prepare the work space, work in tandem with lead installer for demo, preparation, install and clean up.
Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain company issued tools, resources and materials in an orderly, safe and workmanlike fashion.
Maintain company installation records and paperwork correctly and accurately for job files.
Maintain professional and clean appearance while on our jobs and our customer's home.
Be a responsible and friendly point of contact for homeowners while on the job.
Become an expert and resource for all product knowledge, installation, inventory and warranty inquiries.
Ensure all job kits, materials, tools and paper work are complete prior to job site arrival.
Load all materials for jobs
Perform other job related duties assigned by Lead Installer
Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age
Previous installation experience desired
Ability to learn, master, and understand the day to day functions
Attention to high detail, highly organized and strong work ethic
Self motivated w/ a high urgency to help others
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude
Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion w/in parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines and standard accepted practices
Must be able to lift, reach, bend and stoop and safely list and easily maneuver items frequently weighing more than 50 lbs
Dependable transportation, valid driver's license
Must know how to read and work with a tape measure
Must have a general knowledge how to use power tools safely

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
