Responsibilities and Qualifications

The primary role of the Vehicle Exchange Manager is to assist and provide customers with information on their vehicle trade value and sales process while having their vehicle serviced in the service department. The Vehicle Exchange Manager builds a portfolio of customers utilizing the customer management database to manage their customer's trade in experience and for future repeat business.

Meet and greet customers in the service drive while discussing and presenting possible trade in opportunities
Contact and communicate with customers to identify needs using the Asbury selling process
Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals and establish customer network
Greet customers in the dealerships and on the lot
Attend sales & product knowledge meetings
Work with customer from start to finish throughout the buying process
Answer inbound sales calls and respond to Internet inquiries in a timely manner
Conduct test drives, present vehicle product information, pricing and incentives
Achieve daily outbound phone and email quota
Must have motivation to be successful
Must be a team player and able to work in an open office environment
Must be able to create and maintain customer relationships
Strong computer & phone skills is required
Experience utilizing and maintaining a (CRM) customer relations management database is highly preferred
Prior automotive sales, retail, customer service, call center, or business development experience is a plus
Ability to speak multiple languages is always a plus
Must have a valid Driver's License
Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
Must be a high school graduate or have GED
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background & drug test)
