We are now looking for a Software Engineer, DirectX Tools and Test:
NVIDIA is searching for extraordinary software engineers to join the DirectX Tools software team.
As a DirectX Tools engineer, you will work on building and maintaining the systems, tools and infrastructure required to support and verify the DirectX driver software on our broad family of GPUs. You will support the evolving technologies of our GPU product cycles, including new operating systems, DirectX, HW features and other derivative GPU technologies. You will help NVIDIA deliver high quality graphics drivers and innovative products that continue to make us a world leader in visual computing.
What you’ll be doing:
We will be building and maintaining tools and systems to support automated testing
You will build and improve driver verification infrastructure to advance the speed and effectiveness of automated testing
You will work with various business units launching testing and automation on Windows platforms
What we need to see:
B.S. or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering or related field
You'd bring skills in application development with C# or Java
As a skilled developer with at least 7 plus years industry experience and you'd have at least one scripting language: Perl, PHP or Python
You are familiar with databases and SQL
You would bring experience with source control systems
An in-depth knowledge of Windows platform and DirectX a plus
Experience with tools development and automated test frameworks a plus
A strong team player; self-motivated and good attitude
