Responsibilities:
- Meet membership sales goals.
- Develop detailed knowledge of our service menu (we’ll provide training!).
- Deliver excellent customer service to members and guests, fostering lasting relationships.
- Work flexible hours as needed.
- Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options to clients.
- Maintain and uphold spa cleanliness standards.
- Bring a positive and energetic attitude to work each day.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage filing tasks.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
