The Digital Analyst position will be an individual contributor servicing one of our clients in downtown Chicago. They will work with several teams within a larger digital team to produce insights into Product, eCommerce, behavioral and marketing data to help the business make data-driven decisions. This individual will work onsite in downtown Chicago.

Conduct analysis using advanced analytical methodologies that will lead to innovative and effective high quality digital experiences
Lead all phases of digital analysis for the purposes of formulating strategy, discovering opportunities, and assessing designs
Works with stakeholders across multiple teams to define qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, success metrics, data sources, data integration, channels, and customer targets
Lead requirement gathering process for stakeholders on multiple business teams
Translate requirements into analysis and business metrics that can utilized to drive the business forward
Pull data by running queries on relational databases and perform analysis from disparate data sources to identify multi-channel digital opportunities and areas of improvement
Evangelize data-driven decision making by crafting compelling stories that demonstrate business results
Deliver analysis and dashboards to senior leadership in clear and succinct written and oral presentations
Partner with senior leadership to break down silos and transform our clients into data-driven organizations
Work with offshore resources to deliver work for our client
Green Card holder or US Citizen
At least 3 years of experience in the Digital Analytics field
At least 2 years of experience of generating insights using clickstream data sources: Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
At least 2 years of experience writing SQL queries for relational databases: Redshift, Snowflake, Teradata, MS SQL, etc.
At least 1 years of experience using visualization tools: Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, Domo, etc..
At least 1 years of experience working with or leading offshore resources to produce quality work
Bachelor's degree in quantitative field
Novice - Just beginning to learn skill
Apprentice - Have used skill successfully but is still in development
Practitioner - Proficient in skill to the point where they can mentor others
Expert - Highest level of proficiency
Practitioner - Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations and virtual teams.
Practitioner - Experience giving formal presentations, whiteboarding and facilitating large and small group discussions
Practitioner - Must be able to think strategically by delivering solutions that efficiently meet client requirements and fulfill the role of "trusted advisor"
Practitioner - Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks to maintain client expectations
Practitioner - Evangelize a measurement culture and contribute to analytics documentation (e.g., data dictionary, variable map) using knowledge management tools (e.g., SharePoint, Wiki) to provide a reference repository for the organization

Practitioner - Ability to lead analysis of large sets of data to provide accurate and insightful reporting, analysis, dashboards
