KingPins is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Event Sales Specialist to join our team!
In this role, you will be responsible for handling youth parties and small-to-mid-sized group event inquiries, managing online bookings, coordinating with guests, and planning memorable parties and events. This position encompasses youth parties and small-to-mid-sized group events at both KingPins locations, Beaverton and Portland.
This is in office work, Sunday through Thursday. Work location is flexible to the candidate's preference at either KingPins Portland or KingPins Beaverton.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?
- Answering and responding to inbound event and youth party inquiries via phone and email.
- Assist guests in selecting party packages and customizing small-group events.
- Provide guests with information and pricing for small-to-mid-sized group events and youth parties.
- Utilize sales software to track and manage leads, prepare and present proposals and record payments.
- Coordinate all event and party details, including set-up, attractions, and catering.
- Communicate contracted event and party details to management and operations teams.
- Past event and party outreach.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
