Seeking an experienced contingent workforce professional who enjoys the dynamic space of contractor management and can deliver a high-touch, personalized experience for Deloitte contractors and across internal clients and stakeholders.
Work You'll Do
The Contingent Workforce Management Specialist will serve as a point person for contractors and the business. In this role, you will partner with Sr. Specialists and provide guidance to internal stakeholders in designing a tailored recruiting approach to achieve demand. Role may provide opportunity to manage large straight-forward projects (e.g., established, on-going initiative) or small but more complex projects (e.g., a new program that touches multiple businesses).
Understand hiring needs and partner with direct sourcing teams to develop creative strategies and delivery models to achieve goals.
Leverage experience and technical subject matter expertise to resolve and/or make recommendations on complex issues with minimal direction from Contingent Workforce Lead Senior Specialists.
Independently manage contractor requests and inquiries, performing the tasks associated with the recruitment, selection, procurement, and curation of contractors
Oversee and engage with vendors to ensure proper communication and feedback is shared during talent selection life cycle. Manage ongoing candidate relationship from offer acceptance to start date.
Provide first level Specialist support tracking and fulfilling contractor sourcing/onboarding requests using the SAP Fieldglass vendor management system.
Partner with offshore teams on SAP Fieldglass fulfillment requests.
Continuously build and strengthen relationships with internal stakeholders.

Ability to quickly acquire solid understanding of relevant firm businesses
Ability to quickly acquire strong knowledge of the firm's recruiting policy, procedures, and systems
Consultative approach toward clients
Ability to influence others, build strong relationships and networks
The Contingent Workforce Management team centralizes the management of external contractors and vendors to deliver direct sourced, non-employee, alternative, contingent talent solutions for Deloitte project teams. Our team's goal is to avoid risk, reduce spend, improve efficiencies, and enhance the quality of vendor relationships and their respective products.
Bachelor's Degree; Typically requires a minimum of 2 years preferred in Human Resources or in Contingent Workforce programs
Intermediate vendor management software skills (e.g., Avature, Fieldglass)
Proficient Microsoft Office skills
Understanding of contingent workforce solutions or recruiting
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
Analytical decision-making and problem-solving skills
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Previous contingent workforce management experience preferred, but not required.
Previous professional services experience preferred, but not required.
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado or Nevada, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and the State of Nevada and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $65,000-$119,580.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
