Millennia Housing Management, Ltd. is currently seeking a Financial Analyst for its Asset Management department based at its corporate headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio. This exciting and unique opportunity will provide the selected person the desirable experience of being a part of a progressive and growing real estate business. As further described below, the Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing support to properties from the company’s broad and growing portfolio of over 270 affordable and conventional properties in more than 26 states.

Track and update financial reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Submission of requests for reimbursement from Project Replacement Reserve Accounts
Track and manage replacement reserve submissions to ensure receipt of funds
Review of financial statements to maximize requests for reimbursement
Assist in outside investor reporting & relations
Prepare AD HOC reporting and KPI for management and analysis
Assist Asset Managers with weekly and monthly operations and management
Assist in budget preparation and distribution to the field

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business required
Intermediate computer skills (emphasis on Microsoft Excel)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in team environment on important matters with short lead times
Ability to approach work in a meticulous, thorough, and detailed manner
Capable of meeting deadlines while managing multiple priorities simultaneously
