KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Administrative Support to join our Operations organization.

Manage the daily activities of the administrative support staff in multiple offices
Assign workloads, manage overtime, and coordinate back up support for our partners and management team members
Establish strategic relationships with members of senior leadership
Provide learning and development opportunities to help enhance skills and promote career growth
Conduct performance feedback sessions and team meetings with administrative staff
Implement regional and national administrative support initiatives

Minimum of five years of administrative or office management experience; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment; minimum of two years of experience leading and managing a large administrative support team
Minimum of two years of supervisory experience
Bachelor’s degree from accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to travel
