Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in technology Go-to-Market, strategic, management consulting, investment banking, or strategic customer/partner relationship management.
3 years of experience working in strategic business development, product management, partnership development or similar role.
Experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)/cloud computing partnerships and/or sales.

Our Online Partnerships team manages some of our largest and fastest growing G Suite partnerships. As a Business Development Manager, you'll cultivate new and existing partnerships to drive innovative and scalable ways of bringing G Suite and Google Cloud Platform to the Small Medium Business segment. Your role will be to develop new strategic partnerships and grow a portfolio of existing top partners via new vertical and prospect evaluation, executive stakeholder management, marketing and distribution campaign launches, and new product/pricing development.

Responsibilities
Build and manage a set of portfolio partners through acquisition, building agreements, onboarding and other channel program activities to help channel partners grow their G Suite channel business.
Identify and validate opportunities across different channels and/or industry verticals. Prioritize ideas by evaluating product market fit, the competitive landscape, potential business models and path to scale.
Lead executive level discussions with partners and prospects to mutually define the winning partnership model.
Lead channel program legal agreements and participate in and execute complex deals . Develop joint business plans with partners. Plan and forecast business growth for key channel and partner accounts.
Identify and realize growth opportunities within the market and your partner portfolio to maximize Google Cloud share. Ensure business execution by monitoring activities and impact against key performance indicators (KPIs) and pivot partnership/engagement model as necessary.
