Junior Business Intelligence Analyst
Parkers is currently seeking a Junior Business Intelligence Analyst (Jr. BI Analyst) to join our BI & Analytics team. You will work closely with our Sr. BI Analyst and Chief Innovation Officer on a daily basis to design, build, and optimize Parker’s Business Intelligence architecture. What this job involves
The Jr. BI Analyst will be someone who is extremely passionate about leveraging technology in order to extract and share analytics insights through creative data visualizations. He/she will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of mission-critical enterprise Business Intelligence solutions such as Alteryx, Tableau, and UiPath. He or she will be self-motivated, results-oriented, and possess the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will weave together disparate data, derive insights and build a compelling story that drives action. Additionally, this role will mine, analyze, and act upon data that supports several key business initiatives across the enterprise.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, MIS, Statistics or related (Preferred)
Retail or C-Store experience a plus.
Experience in a business intelligence role is a plus.
Passion for constant and continued learning
Experience in data mining, ETL, or using databases in a business environment.
Experience using business intelligence reporting/data visualization tools, preferably Tableau.
Experience using tools such as Alteryx, or experience in writing advanced SQL, performance tuning of BI queries, data modeling, and data mining from multiple sources.
Have exposure to statistical modeling experience (Python, R, SAS, SPSS). (Preferred)
