The Digital Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in generating lead pipeline, increasing brand awareness, and establishing Maven Wave as an industry thought leader. You will be joining our marketing team as our digital marketing expert. You will report to the Director of Marketing and partner with our Event Marketing Manager in the development and execution of our annual marketing plan. If you are extremely organized, eager to learn, and enjoy the challenge of working on many projects at once, this role is for you!
Responsible for developing and executing a digital marketing and lead generation strategy that reaches our target audiences, drives awareness of Maven Wave, and generates follow-up meetings among new prospects.
Lead digital marketing efforts through strategy development, creative concepting, on-brand executions.
Effectively co-brand marketing materials and messages with Google Cloud.
Lead brainstorming and facilitate the development of out-of-the-box thinking to design new campaigns for prospects, customers, and partners.
Manage the creation and execution of multiple email campaigns at the same time within Pardot (Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
Test new strategies, messaging, and timing to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Analyze and report on the results of each campaign.
Work closely with the inside sales team to improve campaigns and move leads through the sales funnel.
Manage content calendar
Work with subject matter experts on the development of new blogs posts, white papers, case studies, etc.
Create new messaging for campaigns and landing pages.
Carefully edit content to ensure correct grammar and that all content is written in our brand voice.
Develop the Maven Wave quarterly newsletter and bi-monthly sales updates newsletter.
Occasionally add new content to the Maven Wave website (via Wordpress).
Manage the social media/content calendar for Maven Wave.
Post to all social networks multiple times per week; post to Twitter several times per day.
Manage Sponsored Updates and LinkedIn InMail campaigns.
Manage our social media advocacy program.
Weekly reporting on social media performance.
Identify new strategies to reach target audience via social channels.
Opportunity to work on other digital marketing tactics such as: native advertising, banner ads, PR, video creation, multi-channel campaigns, webinars, events, etc.
Develop a bi-monthly competitive analysis report.
Ability to assist marketing team with other tactics, when needed.
Stay in-tune with latest trends in B2B, technology, and digital marketing.
4-5 years of digital marketing and lead gen experience required.
Bachelor’s Degree is required, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Salesforce, Pardot, Wordpress, and Google Analytics experience preferred.
