Overview
Employee will be responsible for maintaining the warehouse in a safe and orderly manner, documenting inventory, cycle counting, shipments, and reporting any deficiencies to the Warehouse Manager. Must be able to organize and document all inventory movements and responsible for maintaining adequate levels of expendables in the warehouse.
II. PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES
- Must become familiar with and follow all company and customer (when applicable) safety rules and regulations.
- Responsible for shipping and receiving, inspection, storage, care of, documentation and inventory of all equipment and supplies kept in the warehouse.
- Movement, loading and unloading of equipment during staging, storage, and inspection.
- In charge of all warehouse activities.
- Maintain accurate inventory records on all parts, running accessories and supplies, etc.
- Verifying and recording serial numbers, product identification numbers and item descriptions on all shipping\receiving transactions.
- Warehouse maintenance, and cleaning of equipment to ensure sanitation and safety codes are followed.
- Must keep the warehouse area clean, free from trip hazards and ensure that all walkways are clearly identified, clean and free of foreign objects at all times.
- Must be able to receive and document clear instructions from phone conversations with the manager, end users, distributors and other various sources.
- Must be able to meet shipping and receiving deadlines while maintaining accurate records.
- Ensure proper documentation of equipment tracking is properly completed on all inbound and outbound shipments and on all inventory records.
- Cleaning and preparing accessories for dimensional inspections.
- Visual inspections to identify damaged goods and documenting the disposition.
- Operate heavy-lifting machinery such as forklifts, cranes, and cleaning equipment, etc.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
A high school diploma or equivalent.
3 years inventory control, warehouse, tool room, or other related experience

Must have a valid in state drivers license with a clean driving record
Must have good written and oral communications skills.
Must be able to speak, read, write in English
Must have good record-keeping skills, with focus on details.
Must be able to be on call.
Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
Desirable
Quality Control experience a plus.
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Forklift certification and experience a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
