Full Job Description
CACI is seeking a talented manager to join our National Security and Innovative Solutions Sector at a Deputy level, with a demonstrated history of providing vision, strategy and leadership to critical firmware and software development programs within the Intelligence Community. The Program Manager shall be responsible for the successful cost, schedule, and performance of the contract. Serves as the main point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO), the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), the Government Program Manager, and the Contractor’s senior management. Directly contributes to program efforts in several areas, including cost management/avoidance, schedule estimation and tracking, contract performance management, risk management, requirements analysis, and quality assurance activities. Ensures proper performance of tasks necessary to ensure the most efficient and effective execution of the contract. Will utilize expert communication skills needed to direct the skilled technical resources and report on the technical progress, issues, and problem areas, as well as write and review technical documents.
This challenging opportunity offers generous benefits in addition to your lucrative base salary. CACI will add 25% of your base salary to your 401K fund annually and give you an additional 25% of your base to use for heath and welfare. Any amount of the 25% additional health and welfare compensation not utilized is given to you annually.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Fifteen (15) years of experience as a program/project manager.
At least ten (10) years of which must be managing a software/firmware development program with >$100M Total Contract Value within the Intelligence Community.
PMP, FAC-P/PM Senior Level, or DAWIA Level 3 certification in Program Management certification.
Demonstrated experience in managing multi-task contracts and subcontracts of various types and complexity, as well as experience in leading a multi-vendor environment.
Knowledgeable of the guidelines provided by the FAR and DFAR, DoD 5000 series, and ICD 801 policies.
Experience in conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting.
One or more years of demonstrated experience in the management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms (for example Earned Value Management).
Experience managing a program that spans multiple customer organizations is desired.
